Our philosophy is simple: the key to a successful communications training is communication itself. With thorough preparation prior to your training, one-on-one feedback during the session, and detailed evaluations afterwards, we keep the flow of communication open from first contact until well after your training is complete. Here’s a taste of what you’ll get with Broden Communications:
From the moment of engagement, we’ll get to know the intricacies of your business and your communications needs. During several preparatory phone calls, the trainer will explain the session agenda and answer all your questions and concerns. We make sure the training we’re about to provide is specifically tailored to your company.
During our highly interactive and personalized training sessions, the participant will spend the majority of the time practicing the skills we’ve taught. Using state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, the trainer will engage the participant in role-play exercises followed by thorough and sensitive feedback. Each trainee receives leave-behind materials at the end of the session, including a DVD of his or her practice interviews or presentations.
After the session, the trainer will follow up with comprehensive evaluations of the participants’ strengths and areas for improvement (in trainings involving three or fewer participants). We also provide on-site coaching for specific events, if needed.
Because we value ongoing coaching relationships, we’ll stay in touch with you before, during, and after your session, transforming you and your spokespeople into stronger, more persuasive communicators.
